We have a one major tower crane manufacturing project, in that we make 225 nos. of panel per year, in this project we have to developed all sop such as wiring, Testing and Final Inspection SOP, for the unique quality production.
Customer will give us yearly supply of Panels Plan, while considering all raw material lead time, we have to maintain the two advance Months crane plan material is in the stocks.
If any material is short (not available) globally, so firstly we have to develop the similar material (another same level company) and take the same product for testing with Control panel and Finally take the approval from customer for the continuous usage of the same product.
